Thanks, Teccam! All of those things were out of my comfort zone when I first played this... I'm kicking myself for not having tried any of them sooner :D

This is a highly interesting build. Very well thought out and presented. Unarmored and two-handed make a really fun duo.

I read through this build and saw alot of potential for fun.  I had opted to totally throw archery out the window though as it's totally dishonorable to take potshots at unknowing foes.  So, I plan to replace Archery/Speech/Pickpocket with Alchemy and Restoration.  I don't plan to perk into Alchemy at all though, just to specialize in Blue Poisons (Blue Butterfly Wing + Blue Mountain Flower) to grind out a level when I need a perk point or something.

The great thing about this build is the seamless flow in combat when using 2H with opener spells.  Hotkey your conjuration spell to the Right D-pad (equips in left hand), equip your flesh spell in your right hand and hotkey your sword to Left D-pad.  Now you can switch between your 3 major skills without any pause in the action!  Perfect playstyle for console players.  Plus, swinging a big 2h around just feels great after playing with 1h for so long.

Another thing I like about (my version) of this build is how focused it is.  Alot of other builds you are putting points into 5-6 different skills, but not this one (for me).  Only 2H, Alteration, Conjuration, and Restoration (as an after thought) need to be perked.  Honestly, Novice Resto is good enough to cast Lesser Ward for a good while, combined with Magic Resist, Lesser Ward will protect you against even the fiercest mage.

Anyway, great concept for the build, would've liked it alot better if you hadn't tacked on archery.

    +1 anyway for the inspiration

Thanks for your comments... it sounds like a fun take on the build! I also tend to tweak things a bit so that they fit my own preferences whenever I play a build written by someone else (we all come into a build with different perspectives). I'm glad you were able to use this as a launching point :)

Going to give this one a go! (I know that I have many builds in my Must-Play list, but I love the fast-paced combat and the RP of a ronin!) although I'm dropping Alteration for Alchemy (KOI was an eye-opener for me)

Alchemy was an eye opener to us BOTH, brother! ;D And actually, now that I've put a little time into the skill, I think Alchemy fits the RP of the build a bit better than Alteration, and from a mechanics viewpoint it's certainly more versatile. If I were to play it all over again I would probably do the same thing. I'm currently working on a greatsword-wielding, no armor, no Alteration, no points in health character that reminds me a bit of this build... except it's a LOT less forgiving xD

Greatsword Wielding, No Armor, No Alteration and No Points into Health? Goddamn, that will be interesting!

I have something like that on hold, only with battleaxes instead of greatswords.

It's been crazy-fun. Part of a champion of Dibella build (thought I'd get a jump on the next event build because things are about to get insanely busy for me, but now it looks like nobody is interested in the theme anymore... such is life). I'm still play testing, but I've got a bit of stuff written down... if you're interested I could send you what I've got :)
