I dont have dlc, should i still be a vampire??

Hello, I am new to this forum but I want to know exactly how your perks are spread out. I read your description and from comments that were made to figure out where you put your perks.

After doing this, if I use the skyrim perk calculator it comes out to 60 perk points used assuming I am putting 14 into Archery (leaving out Ranger and Hunters) 12 in sneak leaving out assassins blade. 13 in Alchemy (taking the whole tree), 10 in Illusion (Novice -Expert <<this is assuming you want invisible and higher level calm and frenzy spells...taking that into account- I also took Hypnotic gaze, Aspect of Terror and Rage) Also in Illusion I perked up to Quiet casting. Conjuration- I Novice-Expert, then all the stuff for Necromancers (ie Summoner 2/2, Necromancy, Dark Souls, Twin Souls) I also took Mystic binding since we are using a bound bow.

I hope the link below works as it shows exactly how I spread my perks. I really wanted to keep this build around level 50 but with your explanations I don't see how I can. Please look over the perks and tell me where I need to adjust   I absolutely LOVE this build and my person is almost exactly built this way already with tweaks here and there I could go in this direction but would like a perk spread if you don't mind or suggestions as to how you kept it around level 50 or maybe you didn't. Okay thanks. I re-read your notes again and now I have it down to level 56 with all enchanting perks. Without them I am around 48..if I take master conjuration that puts me at 49. Perfect. Thanks!!
