That would certainly work! Although if you take enchanting, you don't need to take alchemy. You can carry around bows and armor with different enchantments for different situations, because I don't think alchemy is affected by the necromage perk. You could put the perks into smithing instead to improve the weapons effectiveness. While taking alchemy and enchantment would certainly be a potent mix, you won't need the extra damage output for this play style, as you only kill people to make a corpse to fight for you while you watch from the shadows. If you just want to make an ordinary mage/assassin and leave out necromancy though, take both alchemy and enchantment.
