Well I'm using archmage robes, Mage's circlet, ring of namira, necromancer's amulet, and bound bow and I'm not using enchanting

I just looked up the necromancers amulet. I had no idea it had enchantments. I was thinking the "Strange Amulet". Yes you can definitly use it. And that is some good gear for this build.

Yeah I decided to go with bosmer for this one made him look like an Indian shaman the reason I went with the ring of nAmira is to counteract the downsides of the necromancers amulet and bosmer are canibles I think I should maybe use the lady stone to help balance out the Necromancer amulet

I have confirmed that the vampire lord gets the same perks as the cyrodillic vampire. However, the smart Cryptstalker won't join a vampiric court and bring attention to himself. If you can, you should get the gift of eternal life, then kill any witnesses. If you can, eliminate the Vampire lords and hunters so no one remembers your existence.

Do you find going up the right side of the archery tree to be worth it for this build? Since your bow is bound, arrow recovery isn't an issue, but do crit chance and mobility while having a drawn bow make it worth those perks?

Well, no, not really. But there isn't much else you can put into that i think is worth it, and having those things help well fighting dragons

I apologise to any one who is already too far into this build, but I got stamina and health the wrong way around. Stamina should be your lowest stat, while health should be getting what i suggested stamina should be.

"Sneak: Your ability to stay hidden is the armor you wear. Tank this tree right up, but leave back stab, as you will be staying at a distance from your enemy"

I don't understand the underlined statement in your guide. I'd assume you want to take Deadly Aim but you say not take backstab, which is a requirement. What do you mean by "Tank"? Can you please clarify if this is a typo.

I believe by 'tank' they mean to 'bulk up' on. As for the other, probably a small mistake!
