whats the best turn spell to use for that. i just hit lvl 10 last night nd my restoration is only lvl 19 i think. and where would be the best place to get said spell

Turn Lesser Undead from Farengar.  Works on draugr, restless draugr,most skeletons, vampire fledglings, vampires and death hounds.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the Lady Zafara is back! Ahhh, this build. This is actually the build that inspired me to join the Skyrim blog. It's certainly the best build on this site, followed closely by the Demonhunter. Ah, the wonderfully seductive powers of a female vampire so amazingly hide her ability to hack your arms off. Already +1'd when I joined, but it has not withered into an old decrepit build. Such a wonderful character.

Fantastish! I like character builds that break traditional roles. And the roleplay aspect of hunting vampires as a vampire for revenge is good stuff. I find that a good character story and roleplay are what keeps characters interesting for the long haul, no matter how cool their abilities and gear are.

And that gameplay video is amazing. You really get a sense that the poor victims are only seeing a blurry human-shaped form of ice dashing around incredibly fast while someone or something is stabbing and hacking at them.

I love thi I l I love the uniqueness of this build, but I have some questions about it. 1 do we have to use Elvin an weapons, or can we use a combination of Elvin armor and, the ebony sword( that's what I want). 2 if we have the dawngaurd expansion, can we use that vampire tipe( since they are the Volkihar) 3 what do we pick when we first level up, I am using right now a magica,stamina,magica,stamina,health, and I am repeating the process, is that what you did?

You can use any weapon or armour you'd like to use yourself. Adjust perks accordingly. This build was made long before Dawnguard. I'm not sure what you mean, but from playing this, I think that Vampire Lord detracts from the build. I'd recommend a 1/2/1 in M/H/S or similar.
