What is the health magicka stamina ratio?

i just started this character build and ive got some question about it. first off how should i distribute stat points(health, magicka, stamina) when i level up. right now im doing 3/1/0(3magicka/ 1 health/ 0 stamina). second when should i actually become a vampire. im lvl 7 right now and im already a vampire. and id greatly appreciate any other pointers you can give me on how to make this build have its full potential. unfortunately i kinda messed up right away by being a nord over a breton. i chose nord because all my other characters have been bretons and i wanted to mix it up a bit. i hope that choice doesnt kick me in the butt later on in the game. again any hints and pointers and advice are greatly appreciated. this build looks like its going to be awesome later in game.

one more question i have is how do i get the necromage perk early. i know from experience restoration magick is really hard to level up.

I wouldnt go nord, the racial ability affects some ice spells..Imperial would be a good choice with this build since they have a head start with most perks, and racial abilities dont matter much in the game anymore unless its Berserker Rage, Ancestor's Wrath which can be gained by shouts. in fact most racial abilities can be obtain very easily actually.. I dont think you can command animals but other then that every racial ability can be use by all races by the use of spells, enchantments, and shouts, so if I was you i'd go Imperial if you dont want to go breton but thats me, I honestly dont use Nords with mage characters because of the blizzard glitch, when I did use a Nord Mage...I actually create Mage characters for each race lol anyways I used fire magic with him and went into illusion as well. Also I would do what Bryn at least till level 20 at this point then use your method or do this one 5/3/2  per ten levels or just go with any you need at that time thats what I did with Mason's Obsidian Sentinel build which is my favorite build I played with since my Daedric Mage character that could be seen on this build soon, anyways im sure the use of ice magic wont mess your character up too bad and it should be just as good, Race doesnt matter in builds unless you are of course roleplaying. With the use of atronach I found enchanting your armor to make destuction not cost anything helped alot, the use of the Rune perk also is great for this build however it not a main perk to go into if you get past 50 then I would get it and impact, This character like most of Mason's build can be used with mainly anyone knowing how to play the game, Heck my Obsidian Sentinel is a Orc because I didnt want Breton or Nord racial ability interfering with my magic. So you are doing fine with you build and im sorry im writing a novel to tell you that race doesnt matter much in builds like this, I think a Skyrim vampire would be a nord anyways or Breton because of the Forsworn.. so you're doing fine adapt to your playstyle however when choosing your ratio. I would use more magic in my ratio however until I got my magic to a good number then go the way Bryn said because you are going to need Stamina. Anyways good luck on the build and Good job to you mason.

You can't get Ancestor's Wrath through shouts (spells, yes) and there is an animal allegiance shout. And Mason suggested the Orc for his Obsidian Sentinel, so that isn't really unusual :P

thanks man. i pretty familiar with the game. ive got over 410 hours into my battlemage and its only lvl 61. and the reason i went nord is due to a website i found that gave me the point values for creating a replica ingame npc serana. it actually turned out almost perfect. i tried using the values on a breton first but it didnt look quite right so i went nord like its supposed to be. and ive only got patch update 1.7 dont have wifi atm so cant get further updates for the game. but thanks again for the info. any idea when i should get the necromage perk, i know leveling rest. magick if really tough

I use a combination of training every level from Colette and spamming turn undead on draugrs. Literally, turn every draugr you can.
