    Hi there great build!

    I have a quick question about the necromage perk.

    When would be the best time to aim for it as I have read that you need to take it first before others otherwise it has no effect, but getting restoration to 70 isn't easy for me at least lol.

    It depends if you really want to get that little boost out of some of the perks, the recovery perks will get a 25% boost if you take them after the necromage perk but you're unlikely to notice, the atronach stone will also recieve a little boost but you can re-select that at any time...

    If you have Dawnguard then one of the best ways of getting the necromage perk is by 'gambling' on spells in the soul cairn until you land circle of protection...

    can you explain this gambling method for me?

    is it about that merchant that wants soul husks (or whatever they're called)

    Yes, that's it. For each 25 soul husks you give him, he gives you one random, leveled item of your choice. In regard to spell tomes, as far as I know, they can range from novice to expert level. Chances are slim to get the one you want, though. Probably best to save your game, make the trade and reload if necessary until you get the right tome.

    Best way of doing it is to collect around 75 husks so you can spam 3 'goes' on the run...re-load if you don't get what you want! Circle of protection seems to pop up alot...

    I know the Blessing of Talos is/was bugged.

    Did Bethesda ever fix that?

    How is it bugged? You mean because it displays as 0%? It's still 20%, always has been. Only the display is wrong.

    Awesome build idea. It's the only vampire I've seen that doesn't use sneak/illusion.
