Your computer is powerful enough to run all but mods like MGSO or Rebirth.

Yeah, it runs Morrowind like my xbox runs Skyrim. Except there is no grass to load in Morrowind.

Has anyone added a section of Map locations for Morrowind yet? If so where is it?

If no one has then where abouts should it be posted if someone had maps of locations?

What do you exactly mean by map of locations? Because UESP definetely has one.

When I first started playing Morrowind I divided the map up into about 10-12 pages and marked on it every location I came across from caves, ruins even shipwrecks ect. Everyone numbered and named in a list. I havent got it with me at the moment as I'm not at home but I would guess that it has from what I can remember without looking at it over three hundred places marked on it. Each one named.

I was wondering if that would be useful as a map guide.

So I startes Tribunal, and am guiding the Priest to cleanse The Shrine of the Dead, but he won't really followe and seems to have disappeared. Is there a way I can find him with console commands or another way? Thanks.
