I don't know, its not even in the patch notes. Best I can figure is because the hoodless robes don't disguise you so they switched the item to "fix" it instead of making it so the hoodless disguised you as it should.

Yeah it seems like the creators of the patch just assumed certain things and fixed accordingly. That actually does make sense though.

Watch I'll be stuck at 99 for another year haha! I honestly didn't expect this to go legendary. I guess there are more Dungeon Masters out there than I thought :D

Hey I got 3 new builds Id like to see hit legendary if you all are up to the task. 

On a more serious note, I am glad to see this build hit legendary. It definitely deserves it. Alastor, you're among the best builders in the vault, and it would be great to see new builds from you.
