The "Recharge" special move is one of the best I've seen on the site.  Can't believe I didn't read this build sooner.  Great work, man.  For "Storm of the Ages," don't you have to wait a fair amount of time for the shout meter to recharge after Become Ethereal, before you can use Storm Call?

Forgot to ask Adrik. What level did u start Dragonborn for your Telvanni Build? Around level 25-30?

Glad that you like the build. I actually wanted the Archmagister name but I settled for Wizard. As for Dragonborn I started it around level 28ish.

Become Ethereal lvl 1 recharges pretty quickly. Around 20 seconds if im correct. The Tree Stone and Whirlwind Cloak stay around for a while so I think I should rearrange the order of the ability.

Good thing you didn't pick Archmagister. There is already a build with that name The Telvanni Archmagister 

I had mentioned it in the intro. It's a shame it never had gotten finished. I actually found out it existed after I had started this build. 

Thanks man, that makes sense.  UESP confirms 20 seconds for level 1 Become Ethereal.  I didn't see you specify only level 1 though, which threw me off.  In any case, great work on this build.  I'll have to give it a try.  I was thinking about doing the same thing you did by using Miraak's gear to get 100% spell absorption, and like I said before, that Recharge move is really inspired.

It was my first move because I had thought it was the pinnacle of this build.

None taken. My Crystal Guardian was nothing special and was a stepping stone. Had you seen my first build that I asked to be taken down by Ben C was not in my opinion up to par. It had only gotten 14 like if im correct. You would of thought the Crystal Guardian was 100 billion times better.
