I'm not sure if it really fits the 1/2 request, but the Bal Molagmer by Hainesy and Oneness is brilliant and sneaky. OR if you want to be more wizardy, the Shadowmancer by Snakes is a classic and is likewise fantastic.

After wracking my brains for ages, the best I can come up with is The Volkihar by Mason. It's not purely an Ice Mage but its the next best thing, and its a classic for a reaon.

Hello all, I was wondering if there is a character build that uses Whirlwind Cloak & Block as their primary method of play?  I was looking at the Warden but I thought I would ask?

Zach's sequel to his Songbird build, The Windwalker, sounds right up you alley! But if you fancy something different, The Avatava by Phil doesn't specifically say it uses Whirlwind Cloak, but I'm sure you could fit it in easy enough, and its a great build!

I want to know if anyone has made a follower/worshipper/devotee of Sanguine build of any kind, one where you just ruin everyone else's day with your debauchery. The Sanguine Rose is a must have, of course.

I also would like to see a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Build, recreating Jonathan Joestar.
