    Nice one! +1

Just a question, how did the leveling go? More specifically, how did you mix in Destruction leveling? I assume you used some projectile spells for that, but won't it slow down Archery leveling?

    P.S. I'll look forward to a whale

    Thanks!

For Destruction, I used Sparks and Lightning Rune to get most of my skill increases.  It wasn't as grindy as that sounds:  when enemies got close, I'd pull a sword + Sparks and go spellsword for a bit.  When I got to Apprentice Destruction, I was able to buy a Lightning Rune from Farengar and start incorporating that:  see enemy, slap down rune, start shooting.

Honestly, though, I think the lion's share of my leveling came from Sparks.  It was my default spell for quite some time.

I did train Destruction a little with Wuunferth the Unliving, in my haste to get to Adept spells.  But I think I spent maybe 2 training sessions with him total; it wasn't too much.  As soon as I got the Adept perk, my Destruction spell became Lightning Cloak, and my close-quarters routine became Cloak, then dual-wield.

Ultimately, I was happy to let Destruction (and One Handed) lag behind Archery.  Using those skills did slow down my Archery leveling by a bit, but it also gave me something else to do, so I didn't mind. :)

I look forward to the whale, too!  It'll be a nice change of pace from such a twitchy, fluttery playstyle.

Ah, I see, Sparks can be quite effective  I also think that Dual-casting the cloak should've helped this character, since it increases the range of the AoE. It would probably require more menu surfing though. If I were to add it, I'd use it in place of Critical Shot 2.

Atmorans should've had a walrus stone

Yeah, I had considered dualcasting, but I wasn't comfortable squeezing in enough Magicka.  Would be a good idea for a higher-level character, definitely - or someone who doesn't mind less Health or Stamina.

Critical Shot 2 apparently increases the chances of triggering a stagger (once you've taken Power Shot).  This is according to someone on the Bethesda forums who shared some test results a few years back.  For some reason, Critical Shot 3 doesn't have a similar effect.  I haven't done my own testing to confirm, but it did seem that I was staggering people a *ton* with this build.

Heh, Lord Tusk FTW!  Someday I want to make a build that uses Horksbane to its full potential.... which is not all that much, but still.

Wow! The overarching concept behind this build is worthy of a like alone. Add to that the fantastic lore you bring into this, the amazing detail that you put into having the build match the Hawk totem, and the break the roleplay gives us from the typical faction-driven gameplay, and you've got a build worthy of several likes.

I am very excited to see how the future totems turn out... especially the MOTH--I'm dying to see what you do with that ;D

    Thanks, ShinJin :)

I think the Moth will be interesting.  Over in the Lore page, the consensus on the Ancient Nordic Pantheon thread was to identify/correlate/whatever the Moth with Dibella, and that makes a lot of sense to me.  But Dibella seems like such an Imperial goddess - it's hard to see how a build associated with her could feel properly "primitive".  Well, hopefully what I came up with will make sense!

Certainly there must have been a primitive aesthetic sense and love of beauty... never would have tied the moth to that, but the moth's fragility and (in some instances) beauty make that a pretty good sell--I like it! :D

Perhaps some sort of more crude, yet appealing look savagely pouncing on your opponent, and always moving

This is a really interesting concept. I would have never though of the old Nordic pantheon being translated into the Imperial pantheon. And using a Dragon Priest mask for every one? It seems to fit together perfectly.

A giant gameplay section. That's what I like to see in builds.

Also... nine builds? That's quite a commitment and I'm willing to help if you need any.
