It's an interesting option. Although it would remove any other choice for offence, it synergises perfectly with Speechcraft to make an Alessia devotee a pure shouter. I'm having this internal debate based on an old oog statement:
Alessia didn't have the power to absorb dragon souls. Hers was a much more nuanced power: to dream of liberty and give it a name and on her deathbed make Covenant with the Aka-Tusk.
So on one hand I want to preserve that, while on the other an Alessia reborn or Dovahkiin follower in Tamriel's Fourth Era would certainly be a shouter - Mother of Dragons and all that.

Looks pretty good to me so far mate, was going to recommend adding Auri-El at least because he does have a shrine in Dawnguard, but that's a slippery slope that might lead to including too many extra deities and would complicate it a bit more. So yeah, looks like a really fun challenge Vezra :D

When are you planning on kicking this off, Vez? Turns out I have too many ideas so have split it into two characters based on an old blog. One will be the Saint Alessia character, other is a former Knight of the Circle and now primate of Cheydinhaal's chapel of Arkay. Question on that, Arkay gives Restoration. You've broken down Restoration into two categories, healing and sun spells/turn undead. Does Arkay give both categories?

How goes the search for images?
Something I've realised is that since block is only listed as a defensive skill then I can take destruction and it to bash and burn people to death :D

Bashing is of course the only natural way to fight, anyone using Block as a defensive skill is boring and should play another game. I'm only sad that I can't duel-wield Shields in Skyrim :(

A quick google search doesn't show any mods that allow it and now I'm really sad...
