I've come up with a solution to the sneak problem. I took a page out of Thoriens challenge. You can pick a secondary skill which can be used but you can not put points into.
For example:
Jabroni the wise
Blessing: Mephala (right side of the sneak tree)
Primary Skills: Lockpicking & Illusion
Secondary Skill: Archery
This character can use the bow but he won't be able to put points into Archery, thus giving an option to deal damage but not too overpowered through the damage increase of Archery.
Also this challenge may be permadeath but its also from adept - Master so you don't need every damage boost in existence.

I dont know Paws, an entire new gods and such would be hard to do. I could maybe add a section only for the mod? But then i run the risk of everyone asking for there own pantheon mod. I would love to help the individual player and give them the challenge catered towards the mod but i dont think you guys would want a giant challenge that covers auch mods.
I'd be willing to add 1 maybe 2 pantheon mods but that would have to be a universaly agreed upon mod.

If I remember correctly Wintersun covers the pantheons of all the playable races. But I think it would be fine to stick with the Aedra and Daedra you have, and instead add a section like this:
For those who want to pick a god not listed here; whether added by a mod or purely roleplay, pick one skill that you feel best fits your chosen god. This chosen skill is still subject to the rules surrounding the number of offensive and deffensive skills. It would also be helpful for you to provide a quick explanation of why you chose that skill so that anyone who wants to pick the same god can see your reasoning.
Also a side note, it still annoys me to see people depicting Mephala as only being about murder. I get it for the purposes of picking a single skill, but still she's so much more then that.

I like this solution. I need to think of a skill which best represents Saint Alessia. Her Wintersun bonuses are:
“Have a follower at your side. Slay elves. Receive the blessing of a Divine.”
I'm really liking the idea of meditating to receive a blessing from any deity. That plus Ordinator's Gods and Mortals perk from Restoration = Awesome.

@Golden Fool I mainly gave Mephala the Offensive sneak because of her ties to the Morag Tong and there wasn't really any assassin focused Blessing. I can look more into Mephala and maybe come up with something else. Hell i even thought about adding Sithis for that but i wanted to stay with the nine divines and the princes.
I like that idea. It's easier than writing everything down. I could even do something like paws did, if you dont know what would fit then just give a small description of the god and then the others can help you find fitting skills. ^^
@Paws If you ask me that divine would fit to some kind of Commander. Some sort of diplomat or general, giving orders and encouraging his men. If we are talking vanilla Skyrim, maybe Illusion ( Courage spells) and Speechcraft. ^^

What you have for Mephala is fine, murder is definitely a big part of her sphere and the only other thing that would fit would be speech but Clavicus Vile already has that. The other aspects of her sphere are sex and secrets so unless you can come up with a way to represent those I say just leave it as is.

Or just roleplay really hard... like in that one character build I did years back.

I think you're spot-on with Speechcraft for Aless there Vez. I'm not sure about Illusion, but because her Covenant of Man gift is so powerful I think just Speechcraft will be perfect. I'd probably pick One-Handed for offence and Healing to round it up. That said, Ordinator's Heavy Armour has some nice companion-buffing skills so I'm a bit torn.
Vezrabuto said: Yeah speechcraft and sneak could fit nicely with her theme of Lies and murder. The sex part would be pretty hard unless you get a mod with "charm" options in speechcraft.

On the topic of Alessia Ordinator Speech comes with the added bonus of Thu'um related perks, which could tie into the Amulet of Kings and Dragon Blood. Not that I think she was a Dragonborn in tha sense...
