I actually had a fully play tested build like this (I kept regen fully stunted and staves a nono). But it was not as awesome as wat you did here. Kudos

And lets just trow this in the world: Summon Arniels shade gives 71 magic and can be casted while you have 0.  Handy when you are at 0 magic with no other way to regenerate.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!! It's finally out, and well worth the wait! I've to admit, in every single one of your builds, you REALLY sell the build well. (Better than some other big names in CB, even) Especially this one, you can tell you're passionate about your builds, and it really does show. Your presentation is excellent. And those pictures, where'd you find them, they're among the best I've seen in mage builds.

I was contemplating this idea for some time, tried to create a mage character without any points in magicka but who was able to cast all the spells.  You handicapped the character in a different way, stunting his magicka regen and relying on absorption - awesome idea!

When you use a grand soul gem the staff has more charges.
