I'm thinking about playing the build,but dropping alchemy i will use the werewolf/vampire lord talk glitch to equip enough rings enchanted with fortify alchemy to create the potions how much fortify is needed with a skill of 15 and without perks in alchemy?

I'd thought about combining the Apprentice with the Atronach and augmenting via Restoration potions to power up Blizzard previously, but have never had the time to test whether it would work (console player!)

Yellow mountain flower gives an extra 25% boost to forify restoration potions. At least that's what it seemed like while I was testing.

Yes, I found it some time after  Still, Small Antlers are not necessary, Cyrodiilic Spadetail will work just as well

A very good build! The way you included the use of staves into your build and they actually did add something instead of just being a spell replacement is really well done. I especially like the use of Restoration Potions to make these staves even stronger. 'Starting off' with a big 200 Magicka instead of the usual 100 is what makes the Altmer stands above the Breton with its 100% spell absorption if enjuring is not an option and neither is magika resistance. Using the Sanguine Rose to refill your magika bar is fabulous! One thing though; under Blackfrost you said it add weakness to Frost Poison & Blizzard. Shouldn't that be weakness to Frost Damage and Magicka instead (?) since in the description that follows I hadn't read anything about Poison in that section. Other than that you definitely deserve my vote: +1 from me.

The best pure mage i ever seen, especially because it evolves two of my favorite skills: Alchemy and Enchanting. And the staves part is a very nice touch to the building!!

The build has been updated with small changes here and there to grammar and puntucation as well as fixes to some unusually big gaps that skyrim blog loves to make. If there is any problems with the formatting or grammar let me know so I can fix it. I will be going back to my previous two builds over the next month and making some tentative changes in the following weeks. You can also expect a new build from me soon, nothing as game changing as the Telvanni Wizard or the Celestial Warlock but something people I know will enjoy. Lastly sorry that I have not been able to reply to everyone here because I have been exceptionally busy with school and now finals.
