I am not using this build but I am using my own telvanni wizard build. I love rping as one because I'm trying to get every relic and daedric items as well as mastering every magic school. It's a good build for rerollers such as myself because it keeps me busy.

I love it, voted for you with the golden dragon! I fell in love with the telvanni dunmer when I saw Neloth, looks like I found what I was looking for! One thing though: Isn't the impact perk too overpowered?

I play this build right now and love it but my Telvanni wizard is very old so I thought about marry Dravynea the Stoneweaver instead of Brelyna becaus she's older. She's a mage and an expert alteration trainer too. 

Is there any way to get 100% spell absorption without using Miraaks robes?

I plan to play this build however i want to use the Telvanni robes alone, if its not possible i may ditch the ash guardian ability, despite how awesome it is. +1 btw, thought I'd like it ages ago 

Potion stack then take the Atronach stone.
