Most werewolf builds tend to blend together for me, but I had to give this one a like for one reason. I never knew Dragon Aspect affected Werewolf form. The glowing fur makes for a really amazing ascetic aesthetic! Really cool, Constantine. +1

I really like werewolf, more than vampire lord (that is too powerful and I think creators invested more time and attention to develope it...). But I don't like characters that are built on glitches.
"By performing a dual power attack and activating Werewolf Form at the same time, it is possible to imbue your claws with your weapon's enchantments." - This has been patched, it doesn't work anymore.
"If the Dragonborn is wearing the Ring of Namira when they receive the Cursed Ring of Hircine from Sinding during the quest Ill Met By Moonlight, they will forever be able to feed off of bodies and obtain +50 health and +50% health regeneration" - Also patched.
"The Ring of Bloodlust - A permanent Orc berserk." - Not true. Orc berserk: 50% more damage dealt and 50% LESS damage taken, while Ring of bloodlust: 50% more damage dealt and 50% MORE damage taken. The difference is big.
You didn't mention the items in details, but I think you will need stuffs that reduce alteration casting cost, otherwise you cannot dual cast armor spells with 100 magicka. Or items with high extra maicka.
Anyway, the build seems still viable without the glitches (I regret that they are patched, so the Werewolf became even weaker compared to the Vampire Lord), so it deserves a like I think :)
PS: I already posted this elswhere and everyone is shut like it was a governement secret but: What is the level cap of the howl of terror?????? :D With/without perk, totem?

I couldn't agree more. The Vampire is the focus of an expansion, the wolf got the scraps. That said, I included glitches to give players all the available possible tools to maximize their wolf, Of these, they can use whatever they choose. Personally, when I played through with this build, I didn't use any of the glitches (except for testing purposes). While the build is certainly strengthened by glitches, it is by no means dependent on them.
As I do not play regularly anymore, the build is not up to date. As people tell me things that have become outdated I'm more than happy to bring it up to speed and improve player's experiences.
The cost of the highest armor spell (Not counting Dragonflesh here) is 157 with talents. As an enchanter, a couple fortify alternation items (you only need about 40%) will do the trick.
The level cap of howl of terror (fear) with the perk is 30, I believe, no idea what it is without it, I imagine its somewhere between 10 and 20 (a total guess, based on other fear effects in the game).
I'm glad you reached the conclusion that its still viable! I very much agree, As I said, its not glitch dependent, they were just added spice. Thanks for the like :)

I'm patching it now:
(If the Dragonborn is wearing the Ring of Namira when they receive the Cursed Ring of Hircine from Sinding during the quest Ill Met By Moonlight, they will forever be able to feed off of bodies and obtain +50 health and +50% health regeneration)
Has been archived and removed from the build.

I think there should be a mod with at least two boost for the werewolves:
-It shouldn't be a "once a day" power, the transformation sould be the same as in case of vampire lord. Otherwise you have to wear the Ring of Hircine and cannot benefit from the rings made for werewolves while the vampire lord can benefit from 2 items (as it has 2 rings and 2 amulets.
-It should be able to feed on everything, including undead.
Is there such a mod? I would be sooooo happy

There are such mods!
I think the ring is balanced, but if you don't there are plenty of mods out there.
Not being able to feed on undead is a huge blow to your power in Skyrim, as undead make a up a huge portion of your foes. I would recommend modding this. Savage Feeding, at least, should apply to it.
