This is so amazing to me. I am actually working on a Shaman build right now, inspired by Thrall, from World of Warcraft. This provided some much needed inspiration! When I get around to posting the one I am working on, would it be alright if I cited your build? I just stumbled across this today, but I don't want anyone to think I am just ripping off of your ideas; plus, builds as good as this one deserve ALL of the attention it can get. Maybe I am a little late to the party, here, but oh well. 

Hey uh... guys I think this build hit legendary and nobody said anything. Forgive me if I'm wrong but 14 x 7 plus 2 equals 100 (14 x 7 = 98 right?).

It has the Legendary tag Fevnall, it's all good. Plus Event:Legendary is a lower like count than the normal rank, so it hit Event:Legendary a fair while ago.
