Event Build: Shamans of Skyrim

  • November 10, 2014

I love this! The second one is exactly what I've been looking for. A Forsworn witch that uses storm/wind magic = perfect for me. Thanks for the great build, and the great ideas! This is bound to be a fun one.

It's turning out great so far! Nine levels in, and I love the playstyle. All the tips you've given in the build are really very helpful. So far this is looking like one of my all-time favorite builds. (Next to the Paladin) Can't believe I didn't find this sooner!

I did a few tweaks to the roleplay, though; nothing major, and I'm still following your suggestions with great results. (I'm RPing that she was trained as a shaman in Blind Cliff Bastion by Melka, went away for a while for reasons I've yet to decide, returned to find Petra taking over and helped Melka take back the fort. I made up some lore, so bear with me: Drascua, one of the matriarchs, has rallied most of the Forsworn against Madanach, who she believes has been working with the Nords. Melka remained loyal to the King in Rags and Petra imprisoned her for it. My shaman character, Macha, went to Markarth, freed Madanach and the others, and now resides a Druadach Redoubt. Her goal is to reunite the Reach under Madanach's banner, but until then the rest of the Reach follows Drascua's commands and will attack Macha on sight. -- yeah, all that to justify why she's attacked by her fellow Forsworn. I know you didn't ask for all that but I felt like sharing :P )

Anyway, I look forward to see where this build takes me! Can't wait to get to Solstheim with her... it looks like a lot of cool aspects of her build involves Black Books, so I'm excited. Thanks for this awesome build (and for listening to my rambling about roleplay, lol)!

Such an excellent build! Every build is so thorough and well presented that it really feels like three seperate builds combined together. The roleplaying elements are great, especially the Skaal which I'll trying in the near future. In short, this is a legendary quality build and you've more than earned my like. Keep up the good work!

    This is amazing mate.

Not only have you successfully done one awesome build - but three! And all within a strict timeline!

    Well done +1 from me.

What race is the most native American? Ive considered skaal, forsworn, argonians, orcs and wood elves. What out of those 5

I'm honestly not very sure, but I've done a little digging and since the races were all based on real-life civilizations and people, the Wood Elves were based on the American Natives. I don't know very much about their culture myself, but the Lore group has a series on the Bosmer that might help you make a Bosmer shaman.

This is very nice, well presented. Seperatly, they are specialists in certain catagories based on the story or RP element. Like three pieces of a puzzle with several of strengths and a few weaknesses. But, if put together in a build, I think it would be perfect! The tips on last section were very helpful and anwsered alot of questions. Thank you.

It appears that the likes have disappeared from this build as well.

I think there were 85 before I liked it.
