    Well, Fingleam isn´t considered an Artifact actually. Anything with unique appearance or effect is Artifact, that´s how every TES game treats items, same goes with this event.

    @Albino I knew this will come in handy one day, muhehe, so you might want to put this into "sources" of Artifacts for Oblivion.

    Sign me up, would the Dawnguard Rune Axe be considered an Artifact? It comes under the list on UESP.
