    Whether Tiber was an Atmoran, a Breton, or a Nord born in Alcaire, High Rock, is up for dispute. If only Zurin Arctus and Wulfarth weren't,t fused with Talqs, or hadn't become the Underking, we would get definite answers.

    Shezzerines are a myth.  It was a continuation of Emperor Worship, kinda like how the Aldmeri pantheon started.
