This really is an awesome build for a first build FishDout, great work! Also, as a sidenote, the concept was one of the things that made me go through the build without *blinking*, the nostalgia from the Weeping Angels of the Doctor Who series was really great...and scary XD. Really good job with the presentation of the build and the "integration" of the backstory in TES lore! The only thing that's left to say is that I'm looking forward for more builds of yours :) Awesome +1 from me

Fire Resistance? Vampire? I'm confused...

Vampires are normally weak against fire. Dunmer have a passive resistance to fire that will negate the vampire's weakness to fire.

I am not a big fan and only been told about the Angels and never seen them, But i find them to be very interesting.
