    Now I'm interested in watching dr who. This is an overall good build with a nice take on a rather frightening creature. My only criticism at the moment is to try and get more pictures and try to be more concise in your write up.

    You did good overall. I recommend taking a look at mythic and legendary builds as well as the hall of fame to get an idea of good presentation formats to follow. Take special notice of how concisely complex concepts and tactics are explained.

    I had really hoped that "Weeping Angel" meant what I thought it meant and I wasn't disappointed. I like the extensive use of Slow Time as a stealth mechanic, rather than a magical or martial one, and you really can't go wrong with the overall aesthetic of the Angels. I'm actually a bit bummed I didn't think of this for the Crossworlds event.

    Looking at this build, I'm not sure if Conjuration is really needed. Vampire Lord form is easily able to deal with "oh shit" moments and it would save you about 10 perks. You can also add two more "Character Build" tags if you want. In terms of pictures, you can look up more stylized fanart on DeviantArt or ask someone here to take screenshots for you (if you'd rather do them yourself you can look at this for some advice).

    All in all, I love the build, even though the phrase "Dr. Who" makes me cringe.

    Yes, its DOCTOR Who, the only thing the Doctor may have a doctorate in, according to him, is cheese. But anyway, its not the abbreviation. Also, I agree, this does not dissapoint in Skyrimizing these creepy Angels

    Man I know right?! :'( But dang **Spoiler Alert** The statue of liberty as a Wepping Angel how cool was that ?! **Spoiler ended** That build is really cool I am glad to see it here man All we need is the doctor wonder who is going to make it ;) maybe you should make it a series? :P
