You have an odd justification system, sir. So is this your last Skyrim build? Will you move on to Fallout Builds next? I'm not a big Fallout fan but I feel like I may hop on this bandwagon ;D

Nah, not his last, he's promised me a two-handed build

My PC won't handle Fallout 4 so I'm stuck with Skyrim for the time being  And I did promise Overhate a Two-Handed build... 

First I'll need to have a PC that can handle it. Might grab some parts during winter sales 

Oh, right, you play PC. Perhaps Fallout 3 and NV builds first, then 4? Still, glad to see you building dude. 

Not even a week yet and already exemplar. This build has a pretty solid chance of hitting mythic/legendary.
