I'm curious as to why you wouldn't use a bound bow? :) It's pretty helpful as you can get a lot of souls for the enchanting skill, besides levelling up the conjuration and archery skills.

Probably for enchanting.

Yes, seeing as enchanting is a main skill your damage output benefits a lot from it.

You know superhuman reflexes doesn't work right? You can't aim in Slow Time once you've taken Steady Hand.

And even if you could I don't see why you would. That's something like a 80% slow, that's a snail's pace. It'd just be irritating to play in.

It'd be way more than 80%. Three words of Slow Time slows things by 90%, that's like 95 or something with Steady Hand 2/2.

So what race did you end up using? Id say breton would be the best starting out, but im getting tired of using them really.
