I have to say, this is pretty well done. If you're really looking to improve this though, then I'd consider shortening the writeup some; as is, it's a little too long if you ask me. Your writing can also be somewhat dry; make your build sound exciting! Check out some of No snakes aLive's builds to get an idea of what I mean.

Thanks Elysium, and Albino. I will try to see what I can do to implement some of your suggestions.

This is everything I look for in a build, you did an amazing job. Fantastic roleplay, structured levelling progression, and great presentation.

Every time I get to the equipment section and read Daedric/Glass/Dragon I roll my eyes and move onto another build, but you've found a great way to make a grind into a roleplay opportunity. It feels like it's own Quest. I just advanced to Acolyte, I'm wanted in Riften and Hjaalmarch for devouring some farmers, but I'm excited to press on and prove my devotion to Valenwood :D

Thanks for the like and comment. Sounds like your having fun with the build which puts a huge smile on my face. Something to consider since I haven't had time to replay her, but if you wast to drop dragon armor and swap for glass you could save the perk. For the Disciple rank may go with scaled armor. I will hopefully be through reworking this build just a bit very soon. Again I am very happy your enjoying the build.

Oh I wouldn't change a thing, i want that dragon armor finally.

For your rework, I noticed a flaw for your Passive Ability on the Acolyte phase. Dragonborn Force acquired from the black book doesn't affect Power Shot. You might have been thinking of Force Without Effort from meditating with Paarthurnax. Since meeting him is done in the Diviner, you may want to create a new Acolyte ability.

Also your Dragon's Terror poison is actually a potion of Fortifiy Heavy Armor + Weakness to Frost + Weakness to Fire (Using it gives you those weaknesses, it's not a poison)

What you want is Abecean Longfin + Bleeding Crown + Ice Wraith Teeth = Weakness to Poison/Weakness to Frost/Weakness to Fire (Still Green Pact friendly and easy to make  )

Aaaaaaagh. I now want to redo my Marshlight now with levelling stages and challenges just like this. Damn you. +1

That would be really cool to see, especially since it is already already an awesome build.

Look at that, almost mythic. Great job Manik.

One minor suggestion I wanna make is finding images for your potions that match better. The inconsistent sizes of the images throw off that section a bit.

I also think you misspelled 'diviner' in your equipment spread...
