See my first reply to Demoquin above for the sweet spot 10%-15%. Also you may need a perk or two in alchemist just to get you over the edge. I play on xbox and it's always worked for me but modded PC play could interfere. Best of luck and I hope that helps.

I use Xbox as well, it never seems to go over 18-20% from 11 with several alchemy and enchanting perks.

I just checked the last character I used this with. I used Krosis with three pieces of fortify alchemy 12% gear and one perk in alchemy. Hopefully that helps.

I'll have to have Igor(Its too good to not use ) And vorstag to crush him. I hope it works, and if you remember, how much fish did you stockpile on that guy?

About 20ish fish. A good place to look is the docks in Riften, plenty of fish barrels to bbc.co loot. After that you can always use an item duplication glitch to get more. Good luck with krosis

I always seem to run out of time by the time ive finished the fish, any tips in that regard?

  • February 1, 2016

I'm not sure what you mean by run out of time.   If you mean run out of fish before you get the desired fortify restoration level than all I can say is get more fish before you start the loop i.e. duplication glitch.

I would also suggest storing all you're ingredients except the fish and salt that way you won't waste time scrolling through menus to find the right ingredients.

Others have also described this process so you might want to check the tips and tricks group or YouTube. I tried my best to be clear and concise above but I'm not known for my ability to teach

I'm really glad you are trying out my build and hope you can get the loop to work. Best of luck.

The build is a great idea, i peeked at it before I joined and I loved it, props to the creature of lake illianata, another goodie.

So did you rely on the Staff for the whole playthrough or did you eventually need to start using the actual raise spells at some point?

I actually used the staff for the whole playthru.  I didn't want my monsters to turn to dust.  If you are fine with losing a monster here and there then the standard spells are fine and the conjuration potions will still make them last almost indefinitely.

I have been meaning to edit this into the build, but you could use the vampire servant power if you are over leveled to find useful targets for a staff.  The vampire servant power acts the same way as a staff in that it doesn't destroy the body and it has a level cap of 30 when you have stage four vampirism.
