So... I've got the staff of rev, now im just trying to get enough alchemy gear to make the resto loop work well enough. Did you just go around punching merchants in the face until they coughed it up?

Between some minor alchemying, enchanting, and adventuring I'm already lvl 5 and no were near ready to build the stone much less engineer my monster.

Slow going but I'm determined!

A follower really helps in those early levels. The best place for ingredients are the fish barrels in the Riften docks then I just did the duplication glitch to get more fish. Just grab a buddy and go fishing XD

Ah, that makes sense. I just recently started playing this build, and I'm pretty much in the same boat as X-01.

Quick question: When you picked up the Twin Souls perk, obviously your first zombie was The Monster, but what did you usually have as a second zombie? This is more out of curiosity than anything, as I'm pretty far away from this kind of late-game stuff.

Why Breaker isn't it obvious? A female draugr to be the Bride of Frankenstein. :P

Nice build. I got the staff and tried unsuccessfully to raise Gathrik, but he is too powerful. I don't understand why. He is a Draugr Scourge Lord, which is level 24. So, even a staff of Dread Zombie will not work. Is this another 'Unofficial Patch Fix'?

Gathrik is a leveled boss his level will scale with yours all the way up to 50. You need to clear his dungeon at an early level for the staff to work. Like level 10 if you want to use the dread zombie staff. I imagine you must be higher level than that. Never fear there is still a way to raise him up as long as your not level 30 when you load his dungeon. The vampire servant ability at stage four vampirism will raise zombies up to level 30. The beauty is the zombie won't turn to ash when the spells duration ends and vampiric servant is also affected by the fortify conjuration potion. I hope that helps. Correct. The only way to raise him for more than a few minutes is to use the resto loop. Otherwise you'll have to turn around and raise him every few minutes which would get annoying.
