Updated with v 3.0.

Changes: Made it much more similar to v 1.0: Removed Conjuration and Banish Daedra, Changed armor to that of the Vigilants of Stendarr, and added Bane of the Undead back in. 

I don't think these updates justify being massive overhauls. You've just changed some spells and dropped a skill. It also doesn't need the 3.0.
