Well the regen was not particularly stunted, it was like +50% or something, but the spell cost was a definite stunt.

The pictures actually gave me quite the headache. I spent hours surfing through the pages of google. I have a site I use but most of the stuff here is not from it.

Well, yes, I meant it comes from your gear, not the natural regeneration

Yeah, and even then I hardly even "used" my regeneration. It was only useful when I needed like 10 points more of magicka to cast a spell. +50% regen with 800 magicka is very slow.

No problem. I discovered it a few months back and could not wrap up the build, so now everyone may know

Yeah, I will add it into the build. A few times I got stuck with no charges in my staff of storm atronachs and no soul gems, this is a useful solution.

It's pretty cool, but what's with the pictures? None of them are actually High Elves.

It's hard enough finding pictures to fit a build, but then finding pictures of a specific race that fit a build is next to impossible. The build works best as an Altmer, but it is not the theme of the build. Altmeri pictures where not needed.

Perhaps something to consider is what I do with my alchemist archer character, use salmon roe potions to fortify magicka briefly to cast master level spells. The basic potion fortifies your magicka by 750 (no fortify alchemy enchantments used) but it only lasts for 10 seconds, which is enough to cast 1 master spell basically. This boost lets me cast master spells without having to put points into my magicka nor use perks to lower costs, seems like something that would perhaps fit thematically with this build.
