This build looks pretty neat, and simple enough to make people want like me want to try it. +1

My one bit of feedback is that you don't have a Essential/Recommended Quests list to show what guilds and/or quests we should be doing that may fit the character. For example, not everyone knows that you get the Ebony Blade from the "Whispering Door" quest. Besides that, I love it!

Nice build! I haven't played skyrim for some months and pleasr clarify me something: two handed perks benefits the ebony blade? I thought one handed..

I like the fact that you included Blade, and Bow, the Bushi were archers as well as Swordsmen. (Even Mounted!) I've done a similar build with a Tachi (Blades Sword, a Katana is worn edge up in the sash for Iado drawing cuts, while a Tachi is a cavalry sword that hangs edge down from the belt.) and the free hand empty for a Block.  Critical Charge is critical, because the Kendo style is rushing forward from just out of reach to strike.  Oddly enough, I wore the Blades helm, Boots, and Gauntlets with Blue Robes, then Mage robes all the way up to Master.  The only magic I used was Alteration, and Restoration, and I started with an Altmer.  Other than that, an unbelievably similar build.

The Ronin weren't Samurai, both were Bushi, but the Samurai owed fealty to a Shogun, and the Emperor.  A Ronin either lost his Master, or was disgraced along with the entire house when the Emperor changed.  Usually through Klingon Promotion, the allies of the old emperor were often stripped of their rank as Shoguns so the new one's cronies could fill their niches.  Renegade houses were Shinjen, but freed of his service, some could just wander as Adventurers.  The most famous Ronin was Myamoto Musashi from The Book of Five Rings.  A good read for this kind of character, in some ways it was The Art Of War for Japanese lone nomads instead of Chinese Generals.

Sounds you know a lot more about Samurai than I do. Most of my knowledge comes from my study of arms and armor. I even looked up Ronin to make sure. Oh well.

I like the build, I've been playing as it for a short while now. I do suggest you lay out some suggested quests to do and possibly some roleplaying advice.

Lol, I see this used to be called the Ex Samurai, so it would make sense that he was until his Lord was deposed, and possibly Executed.  Rather than kill yourself (If His shame wasn't shared) it freed you from obligation, so you walked the earth or something likeat.  You're good.

i thought i wouldnt like the build, but damn im impressed. i really love the concept of an Orc samurai, and im tempted to try it. I also love the uniqueness of the abilities, very good build perhaps you might like to add a quests section?

I really enjoyed reading this build. It is very simple, but that is what makes it so good. I can clearly see in my head exactly how it plays, and I can tell it does well. A definite plus one, you did a very good job.

Updated with Quests and a Miscellany section!

Hey, folks. I've been away from my computer for a while, but I see I've gotten a lot of great comments in the past few days! I appreciate the suggestions, and I hope I address them all well in my little update.

I love it, but I will use light armor. Sorry to mess up that whole feel you wanted, but I have some particular mods that have BADASS light armors.
