How to use Vampiric Grip in human form

    Why not, it's an unique idea! Placing runes then forcing the fuck out of them and drop them to the rune and kaboom.
    I don't mean a Darth Vader build, Star Warsesque build.

    Does anyone know which magic school Vampiric Grip belongs to? So I can make it cost less magicka on human form. I might make a build about it.

    It doesn't count for any of them, it is blood magic so the perk in the vampire lord tree should be the only thing that makes it cost less.

    For the perk cost I agree, but UESP says it's the version of Vampiric Drain which may mean it can be improved with Fortify Destruction potions.

    Well I was heavily perked into destruction and I didn't notice any difference

    Perks do not influence regular Vampiric Drain either. You may be able to reduce cost to 0 with Fortify Destruction enchantments...

    After the 1.9 patch I can't make destruction cost %100 less, I think they fixed it.

    Your going to make a Star Wars build aren't you?! (The lore and background of the build will be tricky to wirte if so!! )
