@Paws, thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed it. And yes, the Bloodskal Blade thing is cool. I mean, yeah, it seems like he was allied with Miraak based on what was written on the Word Wall. I honestly think it could go either way...I read somewhere, can’t remember where, that the reason the locks on crypts in Skyrim were so easy to open is that they weren’t trying to keep people out, they were trying to keep the occupants in. Which is chilling, given enough thought. Maybe they were all friends, and then at the end, he became somewhat of a monster. Or maybe they knew what he’d become when he awakened, when either Miraak or Alduin or whatever awakened the draugr and dragon priests came back, and wanted to shield people from that for as long as possible. I don’t know. The speculation is fun, though. Someone with more of a head for lore than I have should write it! ;) Thanks again, though. I love hearing you were entertained by the story.

My apologies, Ilani, but when you first released it I was editing my collab with Karver. I had the free time this morning to reread the build.

This build is just totally you. From the artwork to the story to the gameplay and roleplay, it is marked with your stamp.

Yes, the three, Zahkriisos, Dukaan, and Ahzidal were affiliated with Miraak.

Love the backstory and the roleplay, especially the way you've based it around one of the lore books and given her a coherent purpose. She's a really interesting, consistent character. Also, I like the thing you've done with the mirror text.

That purple image of a spellsword at the top is great isn't it. I've had my eye on that as an image to build something around but looks like someone beat me to it. :)

@ Lissette, thanks, I appreciate you giving it a second look. @ Plunders, thanks so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it! And as for the image, it is a good one. And you should go for it. After a month or so people will forget I used it after all, right? :)

Re-reading this and damn, your style of weaving in roleplay, character depth, storytelling, and presentation rival Lis!

@Chris, thanks! Glad you liked it. I had fun writing it, for sure. We definitely all have our own skill sets. I absolutely can’t plan like Liss - I write like I”m clearing a pool table with my eyes shut, and sometimes the balls fall where I want and sometimes not. But honestly, all the builds for this contest have something special going on. All the lore and character depth - your priest and his story has a cool, authentic vibe. I love how powerful the magic feels. And the psychology and chemical dependence of the Ebony Warrior in the other build. LIss’s wolf that’s actually very like an actual wolf, the sexy corsair, the DragonAge reaver (I had to look up what that meant in DragonAge because I don’t DragonAge, but it’s super cool), I mean, DB is going to have his hands full with all this amazingness. ;)

Tysoyaha said: Man, the fact that Spellscribe doesn't break invisibility is absolutely brilliant. I never even thought to test that, but it makes sense. ll.

I just realized Spellscribe works as a werewolf. That *might* make playing a werewolf-based character possible for me. :)

Yea man, Spellscribe, Contingency and Ocato's Recital all work in both Beast form and on horseback. Plus, all of the Light Armor Unarmed perks affect Best Form.

I was working on a WiP with Flamesword based on this concept but I don't know if he has the time to write the Backstory so it might never get posted in its entirety. You can use it as a jumping off point for your build if you want though, I figured out some really cool tactics:
