Thanks Chris. Skally did some awesome photoshop work there, didn't he?
I think this was the first time I used the legendary mechanic in a presented build; it's never really appealed to me either. But even reaching level 40 was a big stretch without using the legendary mechanic, and at 40, you'd have to cut five perks to make it work. It's really hard to justify cutting any of those for us. If you really wanted to avoid resetting a skill, you could maybe drop 2-5 of Stealth, and Concentrated Poison. But even that would be a noticeably nerf to sneakiness and efficiency.
I haven't had a chance to sit down and read your build yet, or the other entries, but now that this thing is out of the way, and my work day is beginning to wind down, I'm hoping I can give it a look. Really excited to see what everyone else has done!

Don't worry about lore, I have issues with The Dark Brotherhood's...religion... on general principle. ESO can try and make it work as much as it wants but I ain't buying any of it I thought you guys were being clever with the Arkay/Hircine-as-opposites idea to be honest. I love it when someone can make contradictory ideas work.
And seriously, the Ring of the Hunt is essential here. It will allows you to tank against giants, dragons, etc. and never drop below 80% Health, because you'll be recovering around 35-40+ Health per second if you optimize everything! This is one of the build's biggest selling points, and also one of the most fun ways to play Skyrim you will ever experience. Honestly, try it and see for yourself.
This bit new? That's more like it!
Can't wait to see the video demo. Just make sure you narrate it

Wow, that looks amazing. I have one question, tough.
Why did you choose the Lady Stone? Wouldn't the Shadow Stone make more sense lore wise? I mean, i get it, the Lady Boosts the Health Regen, but in comparison to the other boosts its insignificant. Did you choose the Lady because its positioned in Falkreath?

Yeah, that bit. I'll see if we can't find a few other ways to spruce it up a bit too.
I can't speak for Tae and Skally, but for me, where lore is concerned, there's no such thing is "being clever". I just bumble my way through it and hope no one notices!
I'll see about that video soon, but like I said, no promises. The writeup polishing is something that's a bit more doable for now, if we can find any other ways to improve it.

It was a bit of both, Soul. The fact that it's in Falkreath was definitely a big factor, as touched upon in the writeup. But that 25% Health Regen actually ends up making a fair bit of difference when you throw in Histskin and/or the Ring of the Hunt, because those impact your character's HealRate, rather than HealRateMult like the other Health Regen effects. That in turn turns the 25% into a lot more! You could also "advance" the stone with a Restoration potion if you want to; I actually did that for my playthrough (using a 100% Restoration potion I crafted) but it didn't really seem necessary to make it a "mandatory" part of the build.

Thanks Raid, man, I thought we caught all the errors from the early drafts but I guess a couple slipped by. Definitely go Ring of Revival; it's the best one at +50% (same with the necklace). Thank goodness, we got it right in the equipment image at least!
As for Throw Voice, you're right there as well. I wrote the initial outline before we started playtesting and I somehow missed that correction when we expanded it into the full writeup. That one's all on me. Thanks for catching it.

Well, I kind of knew going into this that you three would knock the ball out of the freaking park. The three servants concept is a great way to vary gameplay, your focus on Falkreath for most aspects of the build keeps the build connected to the hold and the contest concept, the focus on just four skills is really cool (and a gutsy thing to do for a contest, so kudos to you all for that), and the presentation and write-up are flawless and compelling... heck, everything!
It's just proof that when you get three great builders together big things happen ;D

Thanks Shin. I tell you though, I've gained a lot more respect for folks like you that have participated in so many events in the past. That time constraint makes such a difference! I usually like to sit on ideas for a few weeks to let them grow conceptually, but in this case, we had to figure out the build plan really quickly, and once we had it set, we really couldn't deviate too much. And working within the holds theme was also really tough. I honestly don't know how you've been able to churn out so many awesome builds while dealing with the theme and time constraints.
Me, I need more freedom. #freeteccam
