Awesome build! (And so dark! :D)
I actively avoided Alchemy for almost two years before discovering just how game-changing it can be (and collecting ingredients is more like treasure-hunting for me now). Good times!

Quite an interesting build and it was a joy to read it New additions to the Alchemist section are always welcome!
As an Alchemy fan I have to question your choices for ingredients.
I'll list them in the order they are presented in the build
Chaurus Eggs and Deathbell result in the same effect and are much more common. Also, Bleeding Crown and Abecean Longfin if you don't want to deal with Chaurus and dwarven ruins.
There are not enough samples of Human Flesh in the game to make a sizable amount of such poisons. Personally I would've replaced Human Flesh for Canis Root and have only Paralysis + Lingering Damage Health (you can also replace Scathecrow for Mora Tapinella and have the same effect for people with no DLC)
No quarrel here
Glow Dust is a quite rare ingredient and I would not want to face Wispmothers with this character. Use instead Blue Butterfly Wing + Butterfly Wing. You'll have the same effects with much more common ingredients.
Poison Bloom is only available at the final part of Dawnguard questline (which is not in your recommended quests section). Fear effect is also rendered obsolete at higher levels since it has quite a low level cap (24, if I'm not mistaken). Use instead Thistle Branch + Deathbell + River Betty for Damage Health (the most damaging version due to River Betty multiplier), Slow and Ravage Stamina
Same argument as for Human Flesh here - not enough Human Heart samples. I would've instead used River Betty + Silverside Perch + Skeever Tail for Damage Health, Ravage Health and Damage Stamina Regen. No magicka damage at the expense of better health damage. Also, Damage Magicka Regen is bugged without Unofficial Patch.
Pretty simple and effective recipe here, though I would've replace Vampire Dust with a combination of Garlic and Nirnroot. I would not have wanted to face poison-immune vampires for that ingredient.
One of my favorite potions in the game. There is also Glowing Mushroom + Wheat + Blue Dartwing for the same effects and Resist Shock
Eye of Saber Cat is hard to come by. Might be better to use Charred Skeever Hide + Mudcrab Chitin + Blue Mountain Flower for Cure Disease, Restore Health, Restore Stamina and Resist Poison
Oh, and a little nitpick regarding the Apparel section. The last part about the Ring of Namira is somewhat confusing. You first suggest to look into it and then state the reason for why it was avoided before. There is no explanation for why does your character suddenly think that eating poisoned corpses is a good idea
Hope this helped!

Vaz the alchemy expert swooping in. I wouldn't be surprised if you typed all that up from memory.
From what I understood, using the ring of Namira was a roleplay element. Bosmer have 50% poison resistance to start with, so would not be able to eat those they poisoned with immunity. That changes after taking the snakeblood perk, making it possible to eat kills again.

Heh, some of it, yes My memory of the ingredients and their effects is not as good now that I've not played Skyrim for quite some time
That's an interesting roleplay idea, didn't get that! Rereading the section now it's pretty clear, not sure why I was confused
