+1 I might try to be a vampire at last.

Nice build my friend! It deserves a +1! I love vampire builds, but maybe you could switch the daedric mace with the Mace of Molag-Bal, using it as your main weapon, it's perfect for the role. I like the use of the Wrathman as your main summon, it's very badass. Maybe you can increase your arsenal of powers easily adding the Marked for Death shout, in this way you can play even at Legendary without the need of crafting skills.

When I read: "Amarthanor loved to decapitate his enemies with it," I pictured him swinging the mace like a baseball bat knocking heads off. I digress, this is a pretty good build. I would just like to mention that in the Light Armor section you noted about Custom Fit boosting your armor rating, but I don't think it would since you have the Aetherial Crown on and I didn't notice anything about another helm or hood. Aside from that, nice job!

That's exactly what i imagined while i was writing this actually!

Well Aetherial Crown is more late-game but I might add that a Shrouded Hood is suitable until then.

    Thank you for the compliments!

Great idea! The marked for death shout is definitely liable, I might add that in with a few other things when i have the time.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it!

Had a build similar only it was a Vampire Nightingale type character named Alucard, he was Sneak Mage who had a love for maces since it did a lot of damage. lol nice build +1

There is a few grievances I have. One the lack of stamina! I feel every build has a use for some points placed into stamina. Even if it is just for the purpose of running. The lack of stamina causes the lose of my interest of a build. Secondly, the use of confrontational words and sentences. For example, "Whilst walking in a city, make sure you act like a Thalmor Justiciar and expect everyone to bow down to you". These sort of remarks spark arguments and I think everyone is sick of debating over opinions and ideology. Another one is "Nothing is more thrilling than crushing an Imperial’s face while on horseback!". This to can be a spark to an argument.

You don't have to follow the specific guidelines you could go for 4/4/1 if you wanted to!If everyone is sick of debating they're not going to debate. If they want to argue, they can post a discussion where everyone who wants to, ignores it or gets sucked into it. Anyway, that's not my feeling of the Imperials etc. I was writing to support my character.

I thank you for showing the interest to reply and express your thoughts.
