This is nice, tidy build. Are you sure about the Fire Within meditation only benefiting the first word of Fire Breath? Does that mean if you use all three words you miss out on the effect?

You know, I'm not 100% on that. In my official strategy guide I remember reading it only applies to the first word but on some wiki's it says it applies to the whole shout. I've also read that it increases all fire damage. So I can't really be sure because I play on PS3.
You can use all three with the Dragonborn Flame ability from Dragonborn and it really does some massive damage. I only use the first word because I get a quicker recharge rate and my move with fire breath + critical charge tears enemies up. However, if I do get a chance where I have a few enemies tunneled, I'll use the whole shout.

I like the idea, and effort to tie all the lore together. The spacing makes it a bit hard to read, though. Like most of the Artifacts in previous games, Scourge would be somewhat different from the original. I like your interpretation. Also, how you wear the Ebony Mail to signify the association between Malacath, and Boethea, who's pretty much His Vader.
The site automatically double spaces between paragraphs, so you don't have to. This forces you to do a lot more scrolling without adding any more content, so I'd respectfully suggest tightening it up.

Update. Added the Sanguine Rose to the build (Thanks Ben C). Used for summoning Dremora similar to the Scrouge from Morrowind without having to invest and points into Conjuration!

Really like this Build. I might use it, might not; depends really, I never played as an Orc, not that I have anything against them. I suppose it was all just not knowing what to roll with as an Orc, and I didn't want to be stereotypical in the way I did build up one. Again, I loved reading this over and over, and its inspired me to create an Orcish character in the future.

One of my favorite builds to play along with the No Snake's "War Priest". This build becomes immensely powerful and can hold it's own on Legendary difficulty at higher levels.
