  I think this builds premise is great but it goes down from there. The presentation is sub par at best. Also as far is the buid there isn't much reason to it. Why are those skills chosen. In your gameplay section "play like a basic assassin" is a huge turnoff. If you look at the other builds on this site they are anything but basic. You should look into ways to make this build more unique for example. A reason you could give for conjuration. " Being a tortured soul himself the twisted guard forces his enemies tormented souls to lend their body to him even in death"

  When caught cast a run(e) in front of them. Nice concept just needs proof reading and a little more explanation. BTW you might want to mentioned quiet casting has no effect on runes
