Exactly as it says. Sprint towards a group of enemies while mashing attack and it will hit every enemy around you with incredible speed.

Anything to do with Hermaeus Mora or Akaviri really. I play mostly on Xbox, so I don't know that much about mods. Hope that helps a bit.

I don't think so... I've done it without it. Although it is improved by dual wielding perks and elemental fury. It may have just been a glitch that came up when I tested it that allowed it to be used without Critical Charge, but it doesn't say you need it in the Advanced Melee Corner where I got the idea.

I might use this build. It seems really interesting.
