That's a very good build! +1
For how to improve it, let's see...
You can add a gameplay section, detailing combat scenarios when fighting mages/dragons/automatons etc., roleplay section with character specific rules on how to roleplay (for example, list possible followers - your build uses them quite heavily, it makes sense to list the best choices, or at least the ones you have used). For presentation, single out the section names like this: "Major Skills: Speech, Illusion, Alchemy", the perk spread images are very good but the background image somewhat interferes with the text (The Lizard King has one of the best perk spreads on the site IMO, notice how the background picture does not interfere with the text there). You should also add Rank tag for the build to appear in the appropriate rank pages in the group. Now it is Rank:Bloodworks.
Overall this is a very good build with a solid presentation! Congrats!

My question is what would you do on missions your followers cant follow you if this is not asked already. Since you are somewhat highly dependent on them.

Which missions are you talking about? The most obvious example is the end of the main questline, when you're sent to the portal to Sovngarde alone. I'd say the easiest answer would be sprinting through the dungeon and jumping in the portal before anything can kill you. If you really want the Dragon Priest mask, however, by that point you should have a fair few Shouts that you could use. You also have a dagger which I usually enchant with Absorb Health. Keep your enemy staggered as often as you can and just hack away. The feeling of desperation can be quite realistic as the character as well as yourself.

This is a beautifully written build! I am so glad you decided to share this concept with us.I can just imagine all the possible role play possibilities with the follower lists and their factions!
This is fabulous +1!

I liked this build previously but neglected to comment. I really like the change of pace bard builds such as this create. I love how you've tailored your roleplay options to fit your followers' personalities and skills. Your work here is impressive. Another +1 if I could.

A really well deserved +1 from me. This is definitly on my "to play" list. Only thing I would add is prob pickpocket to represent sleight of hand. (my idea of a bard is more of an entertainer with juggling, storytelling and music)
