I just searched for "skyrim one-handed" in google images. These are the wiki images for skills.
Won't it be better to have the text next to it's corresponding icon and make skill names bold? Like this:
One-Handed: The Arcanamach's primary offensive skill when low on magicka or when magic is not needed. It does not matter what weapon you use. I used a sword because the faster attack speed meant I regenerated more magicka, but a mace or axe would work just as easily.
Destruction: The Arcanamach's other primary offensive skill. With a massive magicka pool, when at full power, the Arcanamach can cast for a long while before running out of magicka, able to keep opponents at bay easily once the Impact perk is acquired. You can specialize in any element you wish, but I wouldn't recommend using lightning often because it damages the foe's magicka, which the Arcanamach would rather absorb.

Bolding skill names would probably be a good idea. With how much else I bolded, I'm not really sure why I didn't skill names.
I tried to put them next to each other, but I'm not very good with blog controls, so what it ended up as was the best I could do. I'll play with it some more and see what I can do.

It's a matter of patience, this editor is a pain if you want to do something like that! If it doesn't go with the image size you've chosen try to make it a little larger. The size of the images in my comment is 120.

I messed with it some more and managed to get them mostly lined up. I also just put all the pics on the left so it looked more uniform instead of alternating. I think it looks much much better now.

Pretty good build. If it were up to me I would drop archery and focus more points into blocking and one handed. I think you should limit your role play to one role. You have a wide range of roles one can assume with this build which is a problem. People want to be told exactly what to do. If they don't like what you've suggested, they can easily make the changes on their own if they try this character out.
Overall I think you did a great job with this build. Keep it up.

Oh, wow. I didn't expect to see this bumped on my semi-monthly check of the blog. I'll stick around a bit longer than my usual browsing this time, I think.
