Nihilist:A person who believes that life has no purpose, meaning, or intrinsic value. Sociopaths are often consered to be "Moral Nihilist."

    The Nihilist

The Bandit Chief walked out from the tent. He noticed all of the bandits singing "Ragnar the Red" altogether, with their singing, they would't have even been allowed near the Bard's College. But,what caught his eye, was that not a single one of them were on watch. "WHO IS ON WATCH?" Yelled the Chief. The Bandits stopped singing their tune and turned startlingly to the chief. "WELL?!?!" The Chief replied in their silence, impatient for his answer. "Throd was,Chief." Replied the the on who lead the song.

"Well, good to see you listened for once." Said the Chief, trying to hide his suprised reaction, "And since you lot would rather sit around and cheer than keep our camp discreet, you can all take hour long turns, till morning, on watch." The bandits sighed loudly. They got ready to set up for their watch turns as the first bandit left to return Throd.

You could barely hear his words in the distance as he called for Throd. "Throd!......Throd!....there you are....you act like your half dead....Throd?...Who are you?....What did you do to.....Back away......Throd what.....STOP!!!! IT BURNS!!!!!" The bandits at the camp, looked around, a little jittery from that noise. Two more men walked out to check on things.

Twenty minutes passed before they returned, with Throd and the other bandit from before came back."Well?" The other asked simotaniously. It was not long before one realized what had happened, there were burn marks, sword slashes, and light blue marks. "By the Nine,they're-" He couldn't finish his sentence, his body dissappeared into the grass and reappered changed, like the "Changed" Bandits.

    -A few moments later-

The Chief awoke in the middle of his sleep, he heard a strange noise, "Couldn't let me get one good night's sleep,COULD THEY?!?!" He thought. He walked out and saw two things: Bandits that were different than his own, they were the same person, but not them and  bodies lieing on the ground engulfed in flames. Before he could ask what happened,he fell to the ground. He pulled his muscles to raise him from the Earth.Nothing.He tried to scream for his bandits. He couldn't.All he could do was lay there, watching everything happen so fastly. A figure walked up to him, clothed in robes.Mage College Robes?Yes those were it,he knew those type of robes. Before he walked up to him, he cast a spell, a cloak of flames, great.

"Hello there,my friend.Or are you my enemy?Aquiantence? Does not matter." He walked up to him, and sat. Letting the flames tingle the Chief's skin every second. "You see your bandits, yes?Answer me,NOW! ONE HUM FOR YES,TWO FOR NO!" The chief hummed once. "Wrong, see these people,my people, used to be your bandits. But I killed them. And those burnt corpses? I also killed them like I am about to do to you."

He clapped his hands as if the finally was to come,he took off his hood, and shown his face. He was a Redguard! The Chief thought regards despised magic, especially Necromancy! He couldn't think anymore, too much energy wasted. "Awww, you close to death now.I envy you,you know. So close to death, after living in a world where everything is pointless,I mean, why live if it just ends in death. You will make one strong minion. So this is my gift to you,for your birthday party is not too long now!We will have a fun hunting trip with tons of killing! So sleep now, my child.Sleep."

    The Build

The Nihilist was born into a highly ranked Redguard family. When it was revealed about that he was a prodigy in magic, his family neglected him. They tried to dodge his interest by training him in the sword, make him normal of any sorts. In his spare time, he still saw mastery in Arcane Arts, so he praticed privatly, leading him to become awkward and anti-social.By the time he was a man, he saw full mastery in the Arcane Arts and wished to join the Mages Guild in Cyrodil. His family, though, pushed him into a Nomadic Tribe in hopes of clearing his mind of anything magic related.

They tought him of the Hammerfell Divine, leading from Tall Papa to Onsi, and how Tu'whacca was always their to guide the after death. He became, unstable, though, even during his Nomad years. He felt as if his family hired one of the Nomads to kill him. So at night,he woke to run away, but must first create a distraction. He killed many of his Nomad brothers and raised their corpses to fight for him. He burnt many of their buildings in a side distraction of any Hammerfell Guards around. He ran through High Rock, to Skyrim, over the Dragontail Mountians, past Falkreath, and was caught by Imperial Forces in their ambush for the StormCloaks.

     Race:Reguard

    Stats: Magicka 2 / Health 2 / Stamina 2

There must be a fine balance between the three since you'll bee using magicka for most of your skills, but you'll be running no armor and use power attacks.

    Stone:The Antronach + The Ritual

The Antronach will:give us more Magicka, give us spell absorbtion, and we will have enchantments to counter the -50% Magicka Regen.

The Ritual is a underrated stone. It raises ALL dead around you for 200 seconds. And it can be "reset" for more uses with the Aetherial Crown.

    Cryptic Abilities:Vampirism

Harkon offered you his gift, but what you saw, was acceptance. A place to where even the oddest things were normal.

    Table of Contents

    I: Major Skills

    II:Minor Skills

    III:Armory

    IV:Leveling

    V:RolePLay

    VI:Combat

    VII:Abusing your powers

    I:Majors Skills

One-Handed: This is your main form of attacking.Your Nomad Training showed you that the Sword is faster and deadlier than most maces and axes.

Alteration:This is going to be your armor source. But we will also be using Paralyzing spells.

Sneak:You will need to take out people before charging in,so you can have undead minions helping you every step of the way.

Conjuration:This is where you'll get your sword from. What most people don't know is a Bound Sword with Mystic Binding does the same damage as a Basic Deadric Sword. And you'll reanimate your fallen foes with Conjuration spells, too.

    II: Minor Skills

Restoration:Potions may be avialible in alot of places, but your magicka can regenerate quicker than finding a potion in a dungeon.Plus their are key perks like Necromage and Recovery.

Destruction: This is your secondary form of attacking.Spells like Wall Of Flames are really useful if put as a defensive item than offensive.

    III: Armory

We will now be talking about robes that make our Nihilist look pretty awesome.A picture will be included of what he should closely resemble, but the hood is only obtainable by console commandes,so the Alik'r Hood shall suffice. Here is what I got:

Hood: Alik'r Hood of Magicka Regen and Magicka: Fortify Magicka Regen and Fortify Magicka

Necklace: Gold Necklace of Magicka Regen/Alteration: Fortify Magicka Regen and Fortify Alteration

Body:College Robes of Alteration/Magicka Regen and Health: Fortify Alteration/Magicka Regen and Fortify Health

Gauntlets: Thalmore Gloves of Holding and Sneaking: Fortify One-Handed and Fortify Sneaking

Ring: Gold Ring of Conjuring and Alteration:Fortify Conjuration and Fortify Alteration

Boots: Thalmor Boots of Carrying and Muffling: Fortify Carry Weight and Muffle

    Weaponry:Bound Swords

I always keep the Aetherial Crown on me, so I can abuse the Ritual Stone

*The Nihilist is so stealthly, that even when he let's you see him, it's still a blur.

     IV:Leveling

                    Level 20                     Level 40                  Level 65

     V:Roleplaying

Due to this character's dysfuntional childhood,we can do soo many things for roleplaying.

Common Interaction:He led an anti-social life, preferring his raised undead minions over leaving breathing people. He talks awkwardly with people, since he can't say anyting normal without jumping the border.

Followers:He doesn't prefer anyone to follow him at all. Even Essential Followers drive him nuts. But anyone in the Volkihar, since they accepted him, he can deal with. But his best friend,is Cicero.Nothing fits one Psychopath than another.

*The Nihilist with his demonic friend, Serana.

Guilds:He is on the search for anything leading him to greater power. A vampiric hunger for,not blood, but power. So he joins the Mages for better spells, Theives and Dark Brotherhood for the income, and I found the Companions mostly useless, since the only good thing was Lycanthropy, and were choosing Vampirism over that.

      VI: Combat

The Nihilist is a simple combat build when you have had enough experience. It is just simply: Stealth Kill-Raise Dead-Flame Cloak-Random Paralysis-Ritual Stone Abuse-Wall of Flame Circle-Reanimate any leftover bodies-Move on.

Okay, then it isn't so simple to explain. But I will put it in simpler terms.

To ussually handle big groups of enemies, I try to lower their numbers and increase mine at the same time. So I go for the multiple stealth kills and paralyze combo. What this means is stealth killing someone and paralyzing the nearest target to spot you or strongest depending on your situation,it being 1 on 2 or 1 on many. Because by the time their 10 second count is up,you already have their teammates on your side fighting them.

Now, to play destruction defensively was why I picked Destruction in the first place. With Wall spells you can have some enemies at half health by the time they get to you,and your cloak will stack that damage on top of it.Or you could even paralyze them inside a Wall spell. So to effictively play this is to set up you battlezone, where the farthest point you will go in a battle is.

And with how many shouts you are going to need:Only 2. You're going to need Whirlwind Sprint to move in/out of the battlefield. So you can even get out to heal yourself. And our final one is Soul Tear.It kills practically anything Humaniod(Human related in any way, shape, or form), you can take out the toughest baddie and have him on your side by the time the battle is fully heated up.

    VII:Abusing your Powers

I wanted a character also wrapped around on abusing his MVPs(Most Valuable Powers). I found these Abuses on a scale of how easy it was to do or how useful:

Destruction Abuse/Living Hell: You cast a circle of Wall of Flames and Flame Cloak, allowing fire damage to be continously applied to your melee enemies.

Circle of Wall of Flames + Flame Cloak

Alteration Abuse/Many Must Fall: By paralyzing the strongest enemies, allowing the weaker ones to die and rise to your command.

    Paralyze(Strongest Enemies) + Reanimate Corpse

Adrenaline Rush Abuse/ 1000 Men in 1:By heightening your senses, you become an undless whirlpool of strength and speed that topples over your enemies.

    Adrenaline Rush + Unrelenting Force

The Ritual Stone Abuse/ The Dread King's Army:By using your power from your crown, you can summon all undead multiple times in a day.

Aetherial Crown + Ritual Stone Daily Power

    Credits:

I have to give credit where it is due. Psiberzerker helped me make this character's backstory, what spells he should use, and how to abuse his skills that are avialible.

This is very good, but there are a few spacing and capitilization errors,

Fix the text sizes, and this should look pretty good. You've got everything you need, but you could use a couple larger scale images in there as well to add to the presentation.

I know that I could have another tag,but I really didn't see one that necessarily fit it.

The image sizes are hard to do since you can only get so far before it's one giant blur :P

I'm not sure how well the Nightmer pick (Used without permission) fits with the rest of the build.  In the Role-Play section, you've got a robed Assassin casting Invisibility with Eola, and Shadowmere in the background.  I wish you would have asked.

Nihilism is about Destruction, pretty much for it's own sake as an end unto itself.  Nothingness is the natural order, and all this is an aberration.  At least according to Nitzsche (God is Dead: and we killed him!) the practical problem with Nihilism is that any one serious about it is most likely to destroy themselves before gaining enough power, and influence to destroy the World/Universe, the ultimate goal.  This intrinsic self destructive bent is what drives spree killers, Family Annihilators, and comic book villians (And to a degree, the Thalmor.)

A Skyrim Nihilist would be on Aldiun's side, basicially, they'd want to be there to see the world end.

Sorry about that, after our talk over the character, I just went on by myself to finish the build, didn't want to ask you to hold my hand through all of it. And that picture?Damn,I thought he was casting Reanimate. It was the only picture that showed most of the gear. Finally,a Nihilist would want to see the world end, yes, but a Sociopathic one would rather have himself end it. Seeing as he turned to Nihilism and became a Sociopath at the same time, he see's himself as the one to end it.

That outfit is all Light Armor with Master Robes of illusion.  If you wanted a similar pic without the Armor, then you needed only ask...

Cool use of the Whirlwind Sprint shout and constant means of raising dead thanks to the Ritual Stone and Soul Tear. You mention Unrelenting Force in a special move so I guess three shouts is more accurate?

Honestly, I think this build looks really fun to play!
