Really like this build; started a new character immediately after stumbling upon it. Opted not to get Restoration though as my alchemy sufficiently covered my healing needs. Replaced it with Enchanting to further the RP factor as I can break down and understand the mysterious items I stumble upon in my journey.

I have been playing a very similar build. I was actually checking to see if anything similar existed before attempting to write up/post my version. The main difference was that I had trained destruction to get the augmented perks for destruction staves. I'm glad I found this one and that it has been so well received. I think this build captures the things I enjoy about using scrolls, and the minor tweaks other people have mentioned are really awesome, too.

This build is really great. I tend to like builds that use components not often seen before. This reminds me of the Chemical Chameleon. Its a bizarre, flexible build that utilizes what you can find rather than what you can carry with you. While scrolls certainly aren't the most effective way of handling the game, they provide territory not often explored. Scrolls convert gold into spells. Most characters are sitting on mountains of gold at end game. Kudos for putting that huge pile of gold to use.

This has got to be one of my favourite builds on the site! So original and creative, and combat uses so many different items that you will probably never get bored of all the combinations you can create! Here's one I used:
Shield Charge, Fire Storm Scroll, Whirlwind Sprint, Staff of Fireball/Poisoned Bow.
I have no idea how this was posted over a year ago and hasn't been boosted to Legendary status yet, some people have no taste.
