Maybe you can add an enchantment section still? Since Fortify Barter caps at 105% (if I'm correct), you either could stick with your Amulet of Articulation in conjunction with your maxed out Speech tree to get the best prices at vendors and enchant a set of luxury clothing to fit the theme. Mainly based on muffle and Fortify Carry Weight to be able to lift all those staves and scrolls. And Foetify Barter with Waterbreathing for the neck if you decide not to need the Amulet of Articulation. Fortify Lockpicking and Fortify Pickpocket could go on the arms.

The idea must be one of the coolest out there. I ended up relying heavily on Sneak and Invisibilty scrolls and potions to sneak at enemies, deploy a Scroll of Mayhem or some kind of damaging area spell and then going poof, and watch from the shadows as the enemies burn or kill each other with a smile on my face. *krhm*
