Is it still RP friendly to join more than one faction in FO4 ? I'm sticking to the former solider backstory for now so the BoS and the Minute Men seem to be the most likely to join.

OK, a weird RP question. I have came up with three roleplay ideas at this time and all three were shattered after some time spent wandering. The problem is, I don't know the options that will be presented to the character and I don't want to look them up in the wiki because I don't want spoilers either. Are there any general working, tested RP outlines that I can use to create a more "fitting" character?

Maybe if you outline the roleplay ideas here the nature of the options can be inferred by people's vague answers as they dance around your spoiler problem?

Indeed, the BoS may be a good questline for such character too? There might be one or two things which would let such a synth hater have confront himself in terms of RP.
Edit: No killing allowed? The whole point of Fallout is to blow shit up, no? If you want something more cerebral than that you may be disappointed.

Yeah....there probably aren't a lot of ways around killing. A combination of the Syringer and using the Intimidation perk (along with the Charisma benefits that implies) can take you part of the way, but getting through the whole game will require some killing.
