  I'd like to jump in with a build for Our Lady of Decay, Namira, though I have a question; Are two builds allowed for this (Meaning could I do two different builds in the contest, both dedicated toward the same deity)?

  If you'd like to, why not? If they're unrelated to each other (ie. not two different ways of approaching the same character), then of course you can. If you're worried about them being too similar, there are a few resources on the site that can help you, along with pretty much any builder still active on the site will answer their PMs.
