  Based on the UESP article on the Marukhati Selective and what little I can find on the Imperial Library, I'm assuming they were a monotheistic cult of Akatosh. Although we can never be too sure that it isn't just Kirkbride trolling the fans.

  The actual deity they worship is never specified, but some form of Akatosh makes sense considering that he's the only god that the Marukhati Selective has had interactions with. Of course, I'm not a lore buff, so I can't say for sure.

  I'm unsure about what a Dovahkiin build would be like other then Shouts. I guess you could work on the link between him and Talos/Akatosh and possibly the Septim Bloodline...Alternatively it would  be interesting to see an Anti-Dovahkiin build, where the Player Character tries to hunt down the Dragonborn.

  So, Mannimarco is in the list of Gods. He is all the way at the bottom (says God of Worms) Also on Mannimarco's page under the Warp in the West section its speculated that there is more than one Mannimarco. The God (Necromancers Moon) and the regular Mannimarco (the one in Oblivion) Though it also says the one in Oblivion could have also been a dead body the God of Worms was controlling or just someone using his name.
