Well from the looks of it this doesn't look like it's going to happen, most of the time all I could manage was a still image with sound and even when I had the bitrate down at the lowest it would let me there was still very little motion.

Admittedly I have no idea what I'm doing so I may have just been screwing something up.

Eek!  0.98 Mbps isn't going to get you much.  That's only about 1000 kilobits per second.  A 720p stream at 30 fps needs about 2000, IIRC.

Yeah I thought that was it and was sort of expecting it.

Playthrough's helped lead me to the Vault in the first place, but with added lore makes yours even more special.

Yeah, you can probably get away with 1080p with that much.
