SPOILER ALERT
There is bonemold, chitin, Carved nordic and stalhrim armors in dragonborn. You cna make them at a forge too. I will give a list of the armor and the appropriate smithing perk:
(Chitin and Stahlrim have light variants, I heard light stahlrim is as good as ebony, thumbs up for the sage.)

My sage:
My sage:
Um Sage how will you do a sage for Henevorak and Volsung? They are not the most dragon-sage-complimenting. Unless you plan on adding speech into the skills...
The Titan of Raghot
Race: Nord will fit perfectly
Stone: Lord. This guy is a tanking warrior who needs a lot of defence.
Skills:
Two handed: For group fights we wield a Greatsword.
One handed: We use this for tough one-on-one fights with enemies like bandit chiefs, dragons you get the picture.
Block: Used alongside our one handed blade and with our Greatsword. (You can shield charge with a two handed weapon and the bashing perks apply to weapons.)
Heavy armor: We need loads of defence to fight large groups.
Smithing: To improve our armor and weapons to a Titan standard.
The Reason I chose Raghot was because too wield our large arsenal of weapons well we must have a large amount of stamina and Raghot provides a whooping 70 point bonus. It can be found in forelhost alongside a word of storm call.
Another sage to get you started. This one was inspired by the Warrior of Shor Paladin type. I hope you like!

Thanks for all the tips Mo :D. I will definetly take them in consideration:). I was thinking of making a discussion where people would express their opinions towards all the paths.

Cool, I am struggling to think of a Konahrik sage because the mask has no skill boosts apart from heavy armor. I chose fire because it is the cheapest out of destruction magic. I wonder if a sage would use bound swords. The Lunar enchant appears to be working for me. The only reason I think this is because I was killing some bandits at night and after a struck the with my lunar blades I used flames and it did much more damage than 8 so I assume it works.

I know no one has commented on this build for a little while but have you ever thought of adding a konahriik setup to this set, with Miraaks arrival as a rogue dragon priest in dragonborn and considering due to how konahriik is the last mask available to get and being central on the shrine would suggest that he was the leader of the DP's I thought of a good RP to make it that Konariik has returned to put down Miraak once and for all for his betrayal.
